Values
The values which guide my life and work are:
1. Humanistic: People have a natural tendency to excel, given an appreciative environment and with supportive relationships.
2. Experiential: People learn by doing, and reflecting. Achieving the right balance enables growth. Helping people to do both, and continuing to do both ourselves, are key aspects of great leadership, friendship and citizenship.
In my personal life I value kindness, openness, determination and a lot of variety and activity.
